Full-Scale Bathroom Remodel in Roxborough Park

We always strive to take care of every clients needs. In this example, our clients needed to remodel their outdated bathroom to accommodate their elderly, senior citizen guests.
We started by installing proper construction containment for protection of dust and traffic in and out of the house during this bathroom remodeling construction. We then removed the old bathtub, tile and tile backerboard and installed a new shower pan and associated plumbing. Drywall repairs are always necessary when removing tile, so we completed that portion of the project along with a fresh coat of paint. We finished up the project by installing all new subway tile, a new shower door, ADA grab bars where requested, and all of the high quality finishes needed for their brand new bathroom shower installation.

This was the second project we did with Remaster Renovations. Once again, Tim and team did a fabulous job! The first was a large renovation of our kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring. This time we needed to convert the basement bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. Not only were the results great, Tim made sure to create as little disruption as possible. He protected flooring, and other surfaces before beginning the work to ensure as little dust and dirt as possible. His communication is excellent, and difficult to come by in this industry. Tim bids out work with a detailed estimate so we know exactly what will be done and how much it costs. If there is a change, we talk through it together, and then he updates all invoicing to ensure we are comfortable and in agreement with the approach. He doesn't do anything that hasn't been discussed and agreed to first. We love that! The quality of work he delivers, his strong work ethic, and his fun loving, positive attitude, makes it easy for me to recommend him for any of your home renovation needs!
