Sutherland Patio Cover and Concrete Countertop in Aurora, CO

Another unique project!! This one we did for a friend of ours. We helped him install all of the structural components and he did all of the finishes. Although our company is fully licensed, insured and capable of installing the entire patio cover, this scenario works for us as well. A little sweat equity from our clients or friends is always welcomed. Our minimum project value typically ranges anywhere from $1500 - $25,000.

This patio cover, patio roof, gazebo, canopy or pavilion was a perfect addition to our friends outdoor living area. We used rough sawn cedar for the structural components. When finished, it was made to look very "Colorado" with the post and beam scenario often observed in mountain homes. Along with 1 x 6 tongue and groove pine ceiling as a finish.

A few weeks after the finishing touches were completed, we moved on to pouring a custom concrete countertop. The forms were all meticulously shaped, sealed and prepped for the pour. We mixed up a few buckets of proper high strength / high flow countertop concrete, aggregate, additives and the like. The whole project turned out unbelievable!!
